05 Days – Sense of Vietnam

Welcome to Hanoi! Our guide meets you at Noi Bai airport and escorts you to a hotel in the center of Hanoi. Visit Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Hanoi Old Quarter by green car. Overnight in Hanoi. Hanoi can be portrayed as one of the first cities you’ll possibly visit when traveling to Vietnam.

Today we leave Hanoi to Halong bay, Dragon Descending to the Sea. Upon arrival, we will embark to a boat for a cruise around Halong Bay. While the junk cruising caves, grottoes, floating villages and beaches on the bay, having fresh seafood lunch on boat. Stop for a while for an excursing to explore one of the most beautiful grottos among others and swimming, if weather permitted. Have dinner on boat. Overnight in Halong Bay. Ha Long bay is exceptionally right and romantic for couple’s getaway.

Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Cave of Surprises, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbour and the return drive to Hanoi. Take flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, guide pick up and check in hotel. Overnight in Saigon. Halong Bay is possibly one of the most delightful and dazzling nature sites in the world, with over 2000 beautiful limestone islands and islets.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels that were central to a few of the war’s strategic operations, including the famous 1968 Tet Offensive. They served not only as living quarters, but as supply routes, hospitals and munitions dumps for thousands of guerilla fighters. See the various man-traps, bomb craters and other remnants of war that remain. Have lunch before we drive back to city and visit Independent Palace, Post Office, Notre Dame Catheral. Back to hotel. Overnight in Saigon. Cu Chi tunnels is absolutely worth visiting in your short time in Saigon? It is one of the best day trip options from Ho Chi Minh City and you will get to learn a great history lesson in a visit to Remnants Museum.
